Come to us once you’ve found your dream home — whether through a connection or online, toured the open house, and are ready to make an offer.

2- WE’RE YOUR AGENT

We are a licensed brokerage and do all the agency leg work from writing the offer, negotiation, managing the transaction and finalizing the contract to purchase.

3- SELLER PAYS FOR US

The seller typically pays a 2.5% commission to the buyer’s agent—us. We only take 0.5% of this commission at closing. That’s it — we don’t charge any extra fees.

4- GET 2% CASH BACK

You take the remaining 2% of the commission at closing, giving you thousands of dollars to put towards the down payment, renovations, or keep in your pocket.
