Disclaimer

No Guarantee on Transactions
Offerzin is a California-licensed real estate brokerage offering an a la carte service where buyers can receive a commission rebate. While we assist buyers in real estate transactions, Offerzin does not guarantee the success, timing, or outcome of any property purchase, offer, or transaction.

Cash Back Program
Offerzin provides a cash-back rebate of 2% for properties priced over $1M and 1.5% for properties priced under $1M, at closing, provided the buyer finds the property independently and meets all program requirements. This rebate is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility based on location, transaction completion, and the property’s final sale price.

Offerzin does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. All information presented on our website or through our services is for informational purposes only. Buyers are strongly encouraged to consult with their own legal, financial, or tax professionals for advice relevant to their individual circumstances.

No Warranties
All services provided by Offerzin are “as-is” and without any warranties, express or implied. Offerzin disclaims all liability for any inaccuracies, delays, or failures in service. Buyers use our services at their own risk.

Future Changes to Services
Offerzin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate its cash-back program or any of its services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

Geographical Limitation
Offerzin’s services are currently available only in California. All transactions are subject to California real estate laws and regulations. Buyers located outside of California are not eligible for our cash-back program or other services unless explicitly stated.

Use of Personal Data
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Offerzin does not share user information with third parties without consent.

Dispute Resolution and Mediation
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of Offerzin’s services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute will be submitted to mandatory mediation in California, using a mutually agreed-upon mediator. Mediation costs will be shared equally by both parties.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the matter will proceed to binding arbitration in California, conducted by an established arbitration provider in accordance with its rules. The losing party in any arbitration or subsequent legal proceedings agrees to bear the costs of arbitration, including reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

Limitation of Liability
Offerzin’s liability for any claim, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services is limited to the cash-back amount offered through our program. In no event will Offerzin be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
